Hi.   I owned a collector record store for 30 years.  I have done mail order on records & other collector items for 31 years.  After we closed our store, I discovered e-bay and  I was a POWER SELLER with e-bay. 

Photo of myself & Elvis impersonator Morris Bates. Met  him after his show in Las Vegas. He's fantastic as Elvis. You might say we really hit it off, as he stayed talking with us till 4:00 a.m.  The subject was Elvis of course.

I have loved Elvis from the first moment I heard him sing. That was before I even knew he was also cute.  I did not care much for his movies.  But his voice and looks, were both incredible.   I was president of an ELVIS fan club for quite a few years.  I now just enjoy life and being with my family, especially my 2 wonderful grand children.    

I started doing crafts back in 1968. I never knew I had any crafting talents, till I  won 1st place, in Lubbock, Texas county fair, for my Christmas wiseman.  I have spent many hours doing all types of crafts.   My grand daughter MADELYNN & I have made a lot of craft items together.  She now wants me to teach her how to do stain glass.   My grandson ROLAND is almost 5 years old. He likes helping you do anything & especially loves to bake cookies. 

This past year has been very hard, as I lost my husband Norm after a brief illness.  Then I lost my 88 year young Mother, Evelyn just passed away.   Her name is Evelyn, she was District Manager of school cafeterias in Fillmore, California. She was a FANTASTIC cook. I grew up mostly in Fillmore. 

 My first collector record store was in Ventura, California.  The last 15 years our store was in the heart of the GOLD COUNTRY, getting lots of tourists from Europe.   I've done some panning for gold but never found anything.  Did find a old arrowhead in my yard.
